The Mi-Trac cervical traction device is engineered and created by Dr. Stephen Mullins, primary chiropractic doctor of Back Care Plus Chiropractic, located in Loganville, Georgia.

Dr. Mullins pursued his education at Eastern Michigan University, earning his bachelor's degree in Chemistry & Microbiology with honors. He furthered his studies at Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA, where he achieved his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Cum Laude.

Following reciving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College, Dr. Mullins founded Mullins Chiropractic Center in Clarkston, GA and later moved his practice to Loganville, opening Back Care Plus Chiropractic.
